Left Hand Flute

When the playing (Fingering) holes are on the left side of your body, this means that you are a Left-hand player. Another way of identifying if you are a Left-hand player is if your left hand is used to cover the bottom three holes and the flute is tilting down to your left hand side.  Some of the legends like Pt Hariprasad Chaurasia and Pt Ronu Majumdar are left handed.
